Membership
(1) Membership of GHALCA shall be open to all Ghanaian Football Clubs as are for the time being recognised by the Ghana Football Association as belonging to and participating in the Men’s Premier and First Division Leagues, Women’s Premier League, and all clubs registered to participate in the Regional Leagues, including Juvenile football.
(2) Representation of clubs on the GHALCA General Assembly shall be as follows:
a) Men’s Premier Division Clubs – Two (2) Representatives each
b) Women’s Premier Division Clubs – One (1) Representative each
c) Men’s Division One Clubs – One (1) Representative each
d) The Men’s Division Two and Three, Women’s Division One, and the
Juvenile Leagues shall be represented by three (3) persons from each of the Regional Associations, one of whom shall be a representative of the Women’s Division One.
(3) Every such representative shall be duly accredited by his/her Club or Regional Association and this representation shall subsist until withdrawn in writing by the Club or Regional Association.
(4) Every representative once accredited shall represent only the interest of the Member or the Regional Association. Dual representation shall not be allowed.
