Asante Kotoko will begin their 2024/25 Ghana Premier League season with an away fixture against Karela United.

The match is set to take place at the Aliu Mahama Sports Stadium, which Karela United has designated as their primary home ground pending official approval from the GFA.

The opening fixtures of the season are scheduled to commence on September 6 and wrap up on September 9, 2024, marking an 82-day interval since the conclusion of the 2023/24 season. The season will conclude on June 7 or 8, 2025.

The Ghana Football Association unveiled the complete schedule for the upcoming season on Monday, July 29, 2024.

In a highlight of the season, Asante Kotoko will host the first leg of the highly anticipated Super Clash at the Baba Yara Sports Stadium between December 13 and 16, 2024.

The return match is set for the Accra Sports Stadium, with dates ranging from May 2 to 5, 2025.

Last season, Asante Kotoko finished sixth in the league with 49 points, trailing the champions FC Samartex by 12 points.
